・We will guide you to the appropriate consultation office for your inquiry.
・Consultations are available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00 (hours may differ for foreign language support)
*Open until 17:00 on Thursdays and Saturdays
*Excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays (12/29 - 1/3)

Consultations are available every Tuesday, Friday, and the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 13:00pm to 16:00pm.
